Sweet n’ Fried

That’s the name of the game of this night market fiasco! I think I figured it out after spending a few rounds at different places. Sure, most vendors and spots serve the same foods, but there is a pattern. Anything fried and/or sweet is a qualifier for night market foods. I was flipping though my pictures earlier today and it just seems that way anyway. I could be missing something and not aware of any other secret alleys that may serve salads or Perrier water. Always a great experience to visit, but I would definitely write a letter to the Ministry of Night Markets (if there was one) to add more variety and offer ice cold drinks for temperature sensitive tourists like myself
